Kinderhaus is seeking a part-time Executive Director for our nature-based preschool and kindergarten in Decorah, Iowa. Our program has a strong emphasis on community, creativity and imaginative play! We have a supportive staff and community of parents and we can be flexible with your scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in education or child development
- Ability to lead a collaborative team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
- Organization and attention to detail
