Thank you for your interest in Kinderhaus! We would love to talk with you to share our program and answer any questions you might have.

Enrollment in Kinderhaus involves discussing the basic philosophy of our program with the director and touring and observing our classrooms to determine whether the program aligns with your desires for your child.  You can attend an open house event or schedule a private tour.

Registration paperwork must be completed and returned before placement in the Kinderhaus program. As we receive completed registration forms, children are either offered placement within our classes or placed on the waiting list until placement is available at a later time. Enrollment opening and closing dates are available on the calendar page.

Children must be at least 3 years old by September 15.  Under special circumstances a family may request an exemption from this policy.  Exemptions will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Kinderhaus staff and board.

Kinderhaus Enrollment 2024-2025

The following forms are due by 30 days after the first day of school:

• Physical Examination Record 
  • This form is to be completed and signed by child’s physician or nurse practitioner.  Child must have been seen within the last year.
• Immunization Form
  • If the child is immunized, this form is to be filled out and signed by child’s clinic or public health nurse.
• Immunization Exemption Form
  • If the child is not immunized, this form must be completed, signed, and notarized.
• Authorization Agreement for Automatic Deposits
  • Please fill out and sign to enroll in automatic monthly tuition payments.
