Aug. 1 (TH) 9  AM- 12 PM – Parent Help Day (outdoor classroom)

Aug. 5-16 Kinderhaus Summer Camp

Aug.19-23 (M-F)  Home Visits (For 3 and 4 year olds) and school year prep

Aug 27 (T) 7:00 PM -8:00 PM- Parent Orientation Night (fellowship hall)

Aug. 28 (W) 8:30-11:30 – Meet the Teachers (outdoor classroom)

Aug. 29 (TH) First Day of School for new children (no afternoons)

Aug. 30 (F) First Day of School for returning children (no afternoons)

Sep. 2 (M) No school – Labor Day

Sep. 3 (T) First Day of School for all children

Sep. 28 (Sat)        5:00-8:00 – Autumn Festival and Potluck

* Staff development days, Thanksgiving break, Winter break, Presidents’ Day, and Spring break align with the Decorah Public School District.

** The fourth weather-related school closing and any subsequent school closings will be made up the last week of May or first week of June.
